My story
& THE HEART OF SATORI

Rachel Pattison (MBAcC Lic. Ac)
I am an Acupuncturist and wellbeing practitioner with a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence and its ability to heal when given time, space, and the right conditions.
After years of working one-to-one in clinical practice, I began to notice that the most meaningful shifts didn’t come from doing more; they came from slowing down and connecting with my true self. During my treatments, I have given my patients the space to create moments of stillness and presence, and allow them to feel supported enough to truly rest.
Satori was born from this understanding.
Set within the secluded woodland grounds of a beautiful manor house in Lamberhurst, Satori offers immersive day retreats and seasonal workshops designed to gently regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself and the natural world. Drawing on my experience as an Acupuncturist, we use meditation, sound, mindful movement, and time in nature to create an experience that is intentionally spacious, grounding, and deeply restorative.
Satori is an invitation to step out of the pace of everyday life and into clarity, calm, and a quieter way of being.

MY MISSION
My mission is to create safe, nurturing spaces where people can slow down enough to listen to their bodies, restore their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner rhythm.
Through mindful practices and nature-led experiences, I support people in moving away from stress and into a more regulated, embodied state, where healing becomes possible without force or striving.
Satori exists to remind us that wellbeing is not something to be chased, but something that emerges when we feel supported, present, and at ease.
MY VISION
My vision is a softer, more maintainable approach to wellbeing — one that honours the cycles of nature, the seasons of life, and the wisdom of the body.
Satori is not about transformation through pressure or productivity. It is about depth over speed, quality over quantity, and creating experiences that feel meaningful, allowing you to see your true nature with acceptance, understanding, and total presence.
I envision Satori as a place people return to throughout the year, to pause, recalibrate, and remember what it feels like to be grounded, connected, and whole.
